Weave together breath, mind and body to find a sense of control yet depth in your movement.
We start with articular rotations to mobilize the shoulder and the hip joints and find functional range of motion. This creates some freedom yet activation in the body to then move through a strength based sequence recruiting the core and glute muscles.
